This is Melfina inside an Asylum which had connections to group 935 whom were working on zombies project. (COD: WAW/Black Ops Reference). Melfina was taken back in time as she found herself to be a "Test Subject" for element 115 and she somehow got out and is now in a fight for survival. (At this time she is in a patient's gown, not in her gear for zombie combat.)
