This is for 
's birthday.
What I did here is that I had her Arrancar OC, Nola, dressed up as an Eldar Farseer from the Warhammer 40,000 universe. I had to use some reference images of a Farseer on google to get the outfit right. This one, at first, was a pain to get it done right from the image I used as the reference (with permission of course) but I did manage to get it done.
